Happy hump day!! This dress is one of my absolute favorite, recent finds! A white cocktail dress isn’t very typical, but I think it’s an awesome alternative, to an lbd, especially for summer, no? Of course, if y’all know me, you know I have to add some color to the outfit. I’ve been in SF for a little over 6 weeks now, and I was going through a major TJ Maxx withdrawal. There’s only one TJ Maxx in SF, and I had been told that it’s not even great, but I had to check it out for myself. So, last week, I finally made it to the TJ Maxx in SF, and was so excited to find this white dress, and the gorgeous necklace. Their jewelry collection was ridiculous – I wanted everything!
Btw, if you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen the picture I posted of these amazing Steve Madden sandals. I could NOT wait to wear them – I mean, I basically wanna wear them all day. Every day! Because it’s a white cocktail dress, I had initially thought of pairing it with shoes that were brighter. But I ended up settling on these sandals for a couple reasons. One, I just wanted to wear these sandals. Two, with the lighter, pastel sandals, I think this look would be just as perfect for a weekend brunch, as it would be for a night out.
