Happy Friday the 13th, loves! It’s finally Fall weather and San Antonio and I couldn’t be happier. So, I’ve been seeing so many girls rock the cape lately, and i’d been on the hunt but I hadn’t found one that I loved, until I came across this camel cape a couple weeks ago! It’s absolutely perfect – super cozy and versatile – the color goes with SO many things!
Also, these Wolford Cashmere Silk tights are life-changing, you guys! I mean, cashmere & silk? Doesn’t it just sound indulgent? They are so, SO comfortable, cozy and warm. Also, they’re thick enough to wear with skirts/dresses and booties!
Happy Monday, lovelies! I got this floral leather jacket a while ago, and I can’t believe it took so long to make it’s way to the blog! I’ve also noticed this all black thing is really started to become a norm in my wardrobe (evidence, more evidence). By the way, how was your weekend? I had a pretty fun weekend. San Antonio has this thing called first Friday, which is a super fun showcase of the art community in San Antonio. So, I checked that out with a friend of mine, and then we went out dancing. On Saturday, my friend and I shopped all day (and found some great deals)! Yesterday, I spent the day cleaning my place and grocery shopping, and I caught up with a friend of mine, which was great!
San Antonio has had some perfect Fall weather (minus all the rain!), so, I’m sure this floral leather jacket is going to be making frequent appearances. How would y’all style a floral leather jacket?
PS — can we talk about these Ray-Bans in the perfect Fall color? You guys HAVE to check out Ditto. For $24/month you can rent unlimited, designer sunglasses, like these Ray-Bans or these Pradas! And the best part is – you can sign up using my code, STILETTOSANDSEQUINS, and get your first month of unlimited, designer sunglasses …. FREE! What I love the most about Ditto is that I’m able to try on all the hottest designer sunglasses, without breaking the bank. I tend to have a pair on repeat, and then get sick of em in a couple weeks. So, this is the perfect service for me! And if I rent a pair that I absolutely fall in love with, I can always buy it! At least, I’ll know for sure that it’ll be a worthy investment! Y’all get to try it, for free, for a month. So, you should definitely check it out!
Have you ever met a piece of clothing that gives you so many feels that you don’t know what to do with yourself? That’s how I felt when I First saw this burgundy velvet skirt. I’ve never met a burgundy velvet skirt I didn’t love (because I come across them all the time! Not really.), but with this one, I didn’t know what I was obsessed with more – the color, the velvet, the buttons, the fit. Ok, I’m obsessed with all of it. Why pick one reason, right?
I can think of so many ways to style this burgundy velvet skirt, you guys. And it’s perfect for the holidays! So, who wants to invite me to a holiday party? Also, I’m face to face with my denim obsession again. I mean, I could’ve style this skirt a million ways, but I chose a denim shirt, of course!
Happy Monday & happy November (can ya believe it even?)! Leather and plaid has always been one of my favorite combinations for Fall, and I love that this outfit is actually perfect for work! I actually loveeee the little polka dot lining on this shirt – isn’t it just the cutest? By the way, in case you haven’t noticed (though I’m sure you have), these sandals have been on serious repeat – one of my best purchases ever!
Happy (almost) Friday, loves! So, I bought this floral dress a while ago, because, you know, I needed it for an occasion. That’s a lie. I didn’t need it for anything. I just saw it, and I had to have it! When I first tried it on, I thought “this would be perfect with a cute pair of strappy sandals (my new shoe obsession)”, and it is. Buuutttttt, then I thought of styling it differently. Something unexpected. So, I decided to pair it with my favorite pair of OTK boots (a staple for every woman, IMO). Also, the floral print and colors make this dress very feminine, and the low v-neck makes it subtly sexy. So, I thought it’d be cool to add a little edge, with a faux leather jacket! This is a great way to transition Summer dresses to Fall! Lastly, the OTK boots and leather jacket also make this dress a bit more casual, no? Like, “Hey! I’m just gonna run out and grab coffee real quick!”. No? Too much for a coffee run?
How would y’all style this gorgeous, floral dress? Also, now I need a legit place/occasion to wear it to. Any suggestions? How do y’all transition Summer dresses to Fall? Most importantly, what’s everyone dressing up as, for Halloween?
